1. The NTFS format cannot be used, otherwise the product may be damaged. 

2. Formatting can only be performed on Windows. The exFAT format must be selected when formatting for the first time (emphasis). 

3. The mac can only store files and data, remember not to format it. 

4. This product is not suitable for ps4, not for xbox and other game consoles.
