EB stands for embroidery, BR stands for BROTHER This needle version has the following additional features in comparison with a standard needle: - larger eye (suitable for the use of extra thick embroidery yarn) - larger scarf for better creation of loop and for prevention of skipped stitches - only size 75 is availablle - blade is double swaged - chromium finish - especially hardened for high performance sewing - extremely tight tolerances in the eye section Only the usage of this needle type guarantees the faultless function of the BROTHER PR machines .
